Platform disclosures

No deal stealing. Carrying a deal off-platform after discovering it here is grounds for an immediate, permanent ban.
No profanity in messages. Profanity is automatically blocked at send time.
Free to start — billing begins after your first deal. Signing up and listing properties is free. The owner subscription of $50/monthis charged at your next sign-in after your first property is placed under contract, and auto-renews monthly thereafter until canceled. You will be prompted for payment upon your next sign-in once your first property is under contract.
Active subscription required after first deal. Once billing has begun, a lapsed payment will hide your listings and dashboard access until the subscription is renewed.
Owner listing status rules:
- One strategy per property — you pick a single selling strategy per listing.
- 61-day strategy lock — once chosen, the strategy cannot be changed for 61 days.
- 48-hour re-list cool-down — if a deal falls through, the property must wait 48 hours before being re-listed.
- 5-day auto-archive — listings auto-archive 5 days after going under contract and are removed from the public marketplace (kept in your dashboard).
- No contact info on listings — phone and email are never shown publicly. All buyer/owner communication happens through in-platform messaging until both parties choose to take it off-platform to settle.
