Free to start — billing begins after your first deal. Browsing the marketplace and messaging owners is free. The buyer/investor subscription of $150/month is charged at your next sign-in after you place your first property under contract, and auto-renews monthly thereafter until canceled. You will be prompted for payment upon your next sign-in once your first deal is secured.
Active subscription required after first deal. Once billing has begun, a lapsed payment hides addresses, deal details, and owner messaging until the subscription is renewed.
Discovery + messaging only. AuraLuxHQ does not process the property transaction. You and the owner settle off-platform (bank, in-person) once both sides choose to move forward.
Contact info stays in messaging. Owner phone and email are never shown on listings — they're shared inside the in-platform inbox.
